The State, The Market & The DJ is a trio made up of Erwin Thomas, Eske Nørrelykke and Anders Holst. From the band with the long name comes a strange mix of Nordic sounds and minimalist Americana which impressed the Roskilde bookers so much that they brought them to last year's festival after their first gig ever! With few but well-applied devices they conjure up a compelling and organic whole.
