Many leaders in the music industry look to music supervisors of film, television, advertising and games as saviors with the ability to make up for losses in sales by exposing artists in mediums that generate millions of eyes and ears. Is it for real or are the realities of the current state of the music industry already reversing the very components of music supervision that made the industry love the idea.

Alicen Catron Schneider (US)
Alicen co-leads the NBC Universal Television music department heading up the creative division. She currently music supervises "Heroes", "Royal Pains" and "Caprica" as well as select NBC Agency promo and marketing campaigns (including all Olympics marketing, the NFL on Sunday Night and corporate partnerships for Fall launches).
