The trio Balstyrko consists of the omnipresent singer Ane Trolle (Trolle//Siebenhaar), the rapper Blæs Bukki (Malk de Koijn, Bikstok Røgsystem) and the producer Anders Christophersen (Melk) aka Ormen. Their debut album is an amazing hybrid of pop, hip hop, reggae and folk with good tunes, profound lyrics in Danish - and not least an astounding abundance of ingenuity. Their first live performance was at DMA 2009.
